Pick up your order at a time and place that suits you with our new Collect+ service

We are pleased to announce the introduction of Collect+ as one of our delivery options.

The Collect+ network consists of over 5,000 shops across the UK where your order can be delivered. All you need to do is bring along your unique tracking number and proof of ID, and the shopkeeper will give you your parcel. As many of these stores are open from early until late, they are perfect if you're out at work all day and can't get to your nearest Royal Mail delivery office to collect your parcel.

To have your order delivered to a Collect+ store, just place your order via our website as normal, with your own address as the shipping address, then either email or call us with the address of the Collect+ shop where you'd like your order delivered and we'll do the rest.
